victoriana ramos. the officiating priest is clemente mendoza . the baptism
was on april 04, 1949. the church was iglesia filipina independiente in
sto, domingo talugtog. pls. reply me if mr. romeo adi was legally in your
list cause mr. adi used the said document for supporting the application
of his SSS retirement.
