HOW TO GRADE THE POLITICAL CANDIDATE'S INTERVIEW?

What are the criteria on how to grade the interview of the political candidates? Good? Better? Best?

I. QUALIFICATIONS AND PAST WORK EXPERIENCE - - - - - - - - - - - -30%

a. Educational attainment;

b. Profession;

c. Past exemplary jobs in the private or government sectors;

d. Seminars and Trainings that attended;

e. Accomplishments, awards, rewards or honors received on the jobs in the private or government sectors;

f. How applicable or related are the qualifications and experience of the candidate to the position.

II. PLANS, PLATFORM OR PROGRAM OF GOVERNMENT- - - - - - - - - - 25%

Do not generalize the answers. Be specific to enumerate the issues, plans, program, projects, or problems in the community that the candidate wants to be solved. Enumerate as many as the candidate can..

III. MORAL / FAMILY VALUES AND CHARACTER - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 25%

a. Family background;

b. Who are the parents, spouse and children?

c. Character, integrity and dignity;

d. Public relations;

e. Respectability and flexibility.

IV. CIVIC-MINDEDNESS, COMMUNITY SERVICE AND VOLUNTEER SERVICE - - - - - - 20%

a. Active participation in community activities, projects, and civic or holiday public celebrations;

b. Active membership in civic, fraternal or religious associations or organizations;

c. Volunteer services sacrificing time and money to the people and community.
