I would like to inform the candidates for Councilor that the main job or function of a Councilor is to MAKE or sponsor RESOLUTIONS, RULES, ORDINANCES or laws for the municipality.

So, each candidate for Councilor SHOULD state and enumerate in his or her interview with your program, "Sino Ba Siya?", the MUNICIPAL RESOLUTIONS, RULES, ORDINANCES or MUNICIPAL LAWS that he or she wants to write, make or sponsor.

There are many problems in every municipality. So, we need these ORDINANCES or LAWS to solve these problems.

Municipal Councilors are actually LAWMAKERS inside the Municipal Council.

I ask each candidate these two questions: "With your experience, knowledge and capability, are you QUALIFIED to do the job of a Municipal Councilor?"

Now, if elected: "What are the MUNICIPAL RESOLUTIONS, RULES, ORDINANCES or MUNICIPAL LAWS that you want to write, make or sponsor?"
