Is it true that Dr. Felix Lumang is running for Mayor, without a Vice-Mayor in his own political party?
If this is true, how can he UNITE or unify the whole municipality of Guimba, if elected as Mayor, if today, while still a candidate for Mayor, he cannot even ORGANIZE or COMPLETE his own political party or ticket?
Where is his MACHINERY as a strong leader? Where is his ORGANIZATIONAL skills as an administrator? Where is UNITY inside his own political party?
We cannot ride in an airplane, where there is only one main pilot. We always need a VICE or ASSISTANT pilot.
